If usage significantly exceeds normal residential levels (monitored through building-level consumption data), we'll work with residents to understand usage patterns and find solutions that keep costs fair for the entire community.

We offer flexible lease terms starting at 1 month, with attractive discounts for longer commitments and advance payments. Move-in requirements include: first month's rent and one month security deposit (fully refundable).
Payment Incentives: We offer progressively larger discounts for residents who pay multiple months of rent in advance. The longer the advance payment period, the greater your savings. These discounts apply to the rental portion only (utilities remain at the standard monthly rate) and help you lock in significant value while supporting our operational efficiency. You're responsible for meeting all delivery drivers at the ground floor entrance by the gate to receive your food orders (Grab Food, Foodpanda) and packages (Shopee, Lazada, etc.). Our Community Ambassadors focus on building management and resident experience, so they cannot accept or store personal deliveries.
